Delivery:
Normally send sample order by DHL, Fedex, UPS Express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive, Notifiation of shipment with waybill tracking number will be sent to buyer. Or by sea which takes about one month to arrive, depending on your actual requirements. All original documents would be sent to clients in advance.

Receiving of goods:
When goods receipt, please check their quatity, item and package carefully. Any problem please contact us within 48 hours, our after –sales dept will promptly respond it to our clients.

Reissue:
Any wrong delivery, damage, broken during transportation, please contact us within 48hours after receive goods, and please take pictures as evidence, and we will send out new replacements free of charge.

Trade terms:
1. Payment term: T/T 100% payment in advance, or for over 10, 000USD, TT 30% depos in advance and
Rest remittance should be paid before shipment. Or L/C, or Western Union for small amount.
